(ESV)
And when the
princes of
Pharaoh saw her, they
praised her
to Pharaoh. And the
woman was
taken into
Pharaoh’s house.
(OHB)
(ESV)
Now
Abram was
very rich in
livestock, in
silver, and in
gold.
(OHB)
(ESV)
Then the
Lord said, “Because the
outcry against
Sodom and
Gomorrah is
great and their
sin is
very grave,
(OHB)
(ESV)
Behold, your
servant has
found favor in your
sight, and you have
shown me great kindness in
saving my
life. But
I cannot escape to the
hills, lest the
disaster overtake me and I
die.
(OHB)
(ESV)
And when
God caused me to
wander from my
father’s house, I
said to her, ‘This is the
kindness you must
do me: at
every place to
which we
come,
say of me, “
He is
my brother.”’”
(OHB)
(ESV)
Now therefore
swear to me
here by
God that you will not
deal falsely with me or with my
descendants or with my
posterity, but as I have
dealt kindly with you, so you will
deal with me and with the
land where you have
sojourned.”
(OHB)
(ESV)
And he
said, “O
Lord,
God of my
master Abraham,
please grant me
success today and
show steadfast love to my
master Abraham.
(OHB)
(ESV)
Let the
young woman to whom I shall
say, ‘
Please let
down your
jar that I may
drink,’ and who shall
say, ‘
Drink, and I will
water your
camels’—let her be the one whom you have
appointed for your
servant Isaac.
By this I shall
know that you have
shown steadfast love to
my master.”
(OHB)
(ESV)
and
said, “
Blessed be the
Lord,
the
God of my
master Abraham,
who has
not forsaken his
steadfast love and his
faithfulness toward my
master. As for me, the
Lord has
led me in the
way to the
house of
my master’s kinsmen.”
(OHB)
(ESV)
Now then,
if you
are going to
show steadfast love and
faithfulness to my
master,
tell me; and
if not,
tell me, that I may
turn to the
right hand or to the
left.”
(OHB)
(ESV)
Now Jacob
heard that the
sons of
Laban were
saying, “
Jacob has
taken all that was our
father’s, and
from what was our
father’s he has
gained all this wealth.”
(OHB)
(ESV)
I am not worthy of the
least of all the deeds of
steadfast love and
all the
faithfulness that you have
shown to your
servant,
for with only my
staff I
crossed this Jordan, and
now I have
become two camps.
(OHB)
(ESV)
And the
young man did
not delay to
do the
thing, because he
delighted in
Jacob’s daughter. Now
he was the
most honored of
all his father’s house.
(OHB)
(ESV)
But the
Lord was
with Joseph and
showed him
steadfast love and
gave him
favor in the
sight of the
keeper of the
prison.
(OHB)
(ESV)
Only remember me, when it is
well with you, and
please do me the
kindness to
mention me
to Pharaoh, and so
get me out of
this house.
(OHB)
(ESV)
You must
tell my
father of
all my
honor in
Egypt, and of
all that you have
seen.
Hurry and bring my
father down here.”
(OHB)
(ESV)
And when the
time drew
near that
Israel must
die, he
called his
son Joseph and
said to him, “
If now I have
found favor in your
sight,
put your
hand under my
thigh and promise to
deal kindly and
truly with me. Do
not bury me in
Egypt,
(OHB)
(ESV)
Now the
eyes of
Israel were
dim with age, so that he
could not see. So Joseph brought them
near him, and he
kissed them and
embraced them.
(OHB)
(ESV)
Let my
soul come not into their
council;
O my
glory,
be
not joined to their
company.
For in their
anger they
killed men,
and in their
willfulness they
hamstrung oxen.
(OHB)
(ESV)
Let heavier
work be
laid on the
men that they may
labor at it and pay no
regard to
lying words.”
(OHB)
(ESV)
Moses said to
Pharaoh, “Be pleased to
command me
when I am to
plead for you and for your
servants and for your
people, that the
frogs be
cut off from you and your
houses and be
left only in the
Nile.”
(OHB)
(ESV)
But when
Pharaoh saw that there
was a
respite, he
hardened his
heart and would
not listen to them, as the
Lord had
said.
(OHB)
(ESV)
But
Pharaoh hardened his
heart this time also, and did
not let the
people go.
(OHB)
(ESV)
And
Pharaoh sent, and
behold,
not one of the
livestock of
Israel was
dead. But the
heart of
Pharaoh was
hardened, and he did
not let the
people go.
(OHB)
(ESV)
But when
Pharaoh saw that the
rain and the
hail and the
thunder had
ceased, he
sinned yet
again and
hardened his
heart,
he and
his servants.
(OHB)
(ESV)
Then the
Lord said to Moses, “
Go in
to Pharaoh, for
I have
hardened his
heart and the
heart of his
servants, that I may
show these
signs of mine
among them,
(OHB)
(ESV)
And I will
harden Pharaoh’s heart, and he will
pursue them, and I will
get glory over
Pharaoh and
all his
host,
and the
Egyptians shall
know that
I am the
Lord.” And they
did so.
(OHB)
(ESV)
And
I will
harden the
hearts of the
Egyptians so that they shall
go in after them, and I will
get glory over
Pharaoh and
all his
host, his
chariots, and
his horsemen.
(OHB)
(ESV)
And the
Egyptians shall
know that
I am the
Lord,
when I have gotten
glory over
Pharaoh, his
chariots, and
his horsemen.”
(OHB)
(ESV)
“
Who is like
you, O
Lord, among the
gods?
Who is like
you,
majestic in
holiness,
awesome in
glorious deeds,
doing wonders?
(OHB)

(ESV)
“You have
led in your
steadfast love the
people whom you have
redeemed;
you have
guided them by your
strength to
your holy abode.
(OHB)
(ESV)
and in the
morning you shall
see the
glory of the
Lord,
because he has
heard your
grumbling against the
Lord. For what are
we, that you
grumble against us?”
(OHB)
(ESV)
And as soon as
Aaron spoke to the
whole congregation of the
people of
Israel, they
looked toward the
wilderness, and
behold, the
glory of the
Lord appeared in the
cloud.
(OHB)

(ESV)
but
showing steadfast love to
thousands of those who

keep my commandments.
(OHB)
(ESV)
“
Honor your
father and your
mother,
that your
days may be
long in the
land that the
Lord your
God is
giving you.
(OHB)
(ESV)
The
glory of the
Lord dwelt on Mount Sinai, and the
cloud covered it
six days. And on the
seventh day he
called to Moses out of the
midst of the
cloud.
(OHB)
(ESV)
Now the
appearance of the
glory of the
Lord was like a
devouring fire on the
top of the
mountain in the
sight of the
people of
Israel.
(OHB)
(ESV)
And you shall
make holy garments for
Aaron your
brother, for
glory and for
beauty.
(OHB)
(ESV)
“For
Aaron’s sons you shall
make coats and
sashes and
caps. You shall
make them
for glory and
beauty.
(OHB)
(ESV)
There I will
meet with the
people of
Israel, and it shall be
sanctified by
my glory.
(OHB)
(ESV)
Moses
said, “
Please show me
your glory.”
(OHB)
(ESV)
and while my
glory passes by I will
put you in a
cleft of the
rock, and I will
cover you with my
hand until I have
passed by.
(OHB)
(ESV)
The
Lord passed before him and
proclaimed,
“The
Lord, the
Lord, a
God merciful and
gracious,
slow to
anger, and
abounding in
steadfast love and
faithfulness,
(OHB)
(ESV)
keeping steadfast love for
thousands,
forgiving iniquity and
transgression and
sin, but who will by
no means clear the
guilty,
visiting the
iniquity of the
fathers on the
children and the
children’s children,
to the
third and the
fourth generation.”
(OHB)

(ESV)
Then the
cloud covered the
tent of
meeting, and the
glory of the
Lord filled the
tabernacle.
(OHB)
(ESV)
And
Moses was
not able to
enter the
tent of
meeting because the
cloud settled on it, and the
glory of the
Lord filled the
tabernacle.
(OHB)
(ESV)
And
Moses said, “This is the
thing that the
Lord commanded you to
do, that the
glory of the
Lord may
appear to you.”
(OHB)
(ESV)
And
Moses and
Aaron went into the
tent of
meeting, and when they
came out they
blessed the
people, and the
glory of the
Lord appeared to all the
people.
(OHB)

(ESV)
Then
Moses said to Aaron, “This is what the
Lord has
said: ‘
Among those who are
near me
I will be
sanctified, and
before all the
people I will be
glorified.’” And
Aaron held his
peace.
(OHB)

(ESV)
And you shall
take on the
first day the
fruit of
splendid trees,
branches of
palm trees and
boughs of
leafy trees and
willows of the
brook, and you shall
rejoice before the
Lord your
God seven days.
(OHB)

(ESV)
Then
all the
congregation said
to stone them with
stones. But the
glory of the
Lord appeared at the
tent of
meeting to all the
people of
Israel.
(OHB)

‘The

(ESV)
But
truly, as I
live, and as
all the
earth shall be
filled with the
glory of the
Lord,
(OHB)
(ESV)
none of the
men who have
seen my
glory and my
signs that I
did in
Egypt and in the
wilderness, and yet have put me to the
test these ten times and have
not obeyed my voice,
(OHB)
(ESV)
Then
Korah assembled all the
congregation against them at the
entrance of the
tent of
meeting.
And the
glory of the
Lord appeared to all the
congregation.
(OHB)
(ESV)
And when the
congregation had
assembled against Moses and
against Aaron, they
turned toward the
tent of
meeting. And
behold,
the
cloud covered it, and the
glory of the
Lord appeared.
(OHB)
(ESV)
Then
Moses and
Aaron went from the
presence of the
assembly to the
entrance of the
tent of
meeting and
fell on their
faces.
And the
glory of the
Lord appeared to them,
(OHB)
(ESV)
Once
again Balak sent princes, more in
number and more
honorable than these.
(OHB)
(ESV)
for I will
surely do you great honor, and
whatever you
say to me I will do.
Come,
curse this people for me.’”
(OHB)
