The Thirsting Soul Satisfied in God.

1 O God, bYou are my God; I shall seek You ▼▼ Lit early
earnestly;My soul dthirsts for You, my flesh ▼
▼ Lit faints
yearns for You,In a fdry and weary land where there is no water.
2Thus I have gseen You in the sanctuary,
To see Your power and Your glory.
3Because Your hlovingkindness is better than life,
My lips will praise You.
4So I will bless You ias long as I live;
I will jlift up my hands in Your name.
5My soul is ksatisfied as with ▼

marrow and fatness,And my mouth offers mpraises with joyful lips.
6When I remember You non my bed,
I meditate on You in the onight watches,
7For pYou have been my help,
And in the qshadow of Your wings I sing for joy.

9But those who useek my ▼

life to destroy it,Will go into the ▼

acprey for foxes.11But the adking will rejoice in God;
Everyone who aeswears by Him will glory,
For the afmouths of those who speak lies will be stopped.
