9 He who ^aplanted the ear, ^{▼▼Or can}does He not hear?
Or He who formed the eye, ^{▼▼Or can}does He not see?
10 He who ^{▼▼Or instructs} ^edisciplines the nations, will He not rebuke,
He who ^fteaches mankind knowledge?
11 The Lord ^gknows human thoughts,
^{▼▼Or For}That they are mere breath.
